Pancakes
Ingredients (approx. 8 pancakes)

300 g | Flour |
200 g | Sugar |
500 ml | Milk |
4 | Eggs |
1 pinch | Salt |
Preparation
- mix flour, salt and sugar well in a bowl.
- add eggs and milk and stir until no more flour lumps.
- Fry the pancakes (one ladle per pancake).
- spread with jam or cinnamon-sugar mixture.
