Potato Gratin (Vegetarian)

Ingredients (approx. 2 servings)

-Potatoes

Preparation

  1. peel, halve and slice as many potatoes as will fit in the baking dish, so that the other ingredients still fit in. 2.
  2. dice or cut into strips the onions, peppers and tops.
  3. fry everything in oil in a pan and meanwhile seasoning.
  4. dice garlic and add to the pan at the end.
  5. preheat oven to about 180C - 200C.
  6. add cream and simmer briefly.
  7. mix everything with the potatoes in the baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven until the cheese is well browned.
  8. cut spring onions into thin slices with a pair of onion slicers.
  9. arrange everything with the spring onions and/or pickled red onions.
