Potato Gratin (Vegetarian)

Preparation
- peel, halve and slice as many potatoes as will fit in the baking dish, so that the other ingredients still fit in. 2.
- dice or cut into strips the onions, peppers and tops.
- fry everything in oil in a pan and meanwhile seasoning.
- dice garlic and add to the pan at the end.
- preheat oven to about 180C - 200C.
- add cream and simmer briefly.
- mix everything with the potatoes in the baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven until the cheese is well browned.
- cut spring onions into thin slices with a pair of onion slicers.
- arrange everything with the spring onions and/or pickled red onions.
