Fried egg with potatoes and spinach

Preparation
- peel and boil the potatoes.
- slowly heat spinach (do not forget to stir!!!).
- fry eggs and season with salt, bell pepper and paprika (little tip: when frying a lid on it, then the egg sticks faster (tastes better)).
