Fried egg with potatoes and spinach

Ingredients (approx. 2 servings)

1Frozen spinach
-Potatoes
-Salt
-Pepper
-Paprika spice

Preparation

  1. peel and boil the potatoes.
  2. slowly heat spinach (do not forget to stir!!!).
  3. fry eggs and season with salt, bell pepper and paprika (little tip: when frying a lid on it, then the egg sticks faster (tastes better)).
