Omlette

250 g | Cherry tomatoes |
- | Potatoes |
- | Bacon or salami Optional |
- | Olives Optional |

- | Paprika spice |
Preparation
- put all the eggs in a bowl and season.
- halve cherry tomatoes and dice the onions and garlic.
- Optional: Salami slices cut into cubes.
- optional: halve the olives.
- add eggs to pan, fry over medium heat and wait until a bottom is formed.
- spread all the chopped ingredients on the omelet and fold carefully after about 5 min.
- let the omelet sizzle a bit more and turn it in between (be careful: take it out before it starts to turn black).
