Greek rice casserole

125 g | Rice |
200 g | Feta cheese |
500 g | Minced meat |

Preparation
- cook the rice
- cut the onions and tomatoes into pieces of about 1 cm.
- halve the zucchini and cut into slices.
- preheat oven to 200ยฐC convection oven.
- brown the minced meat and cook with all the ingredients cut so far in the pan over medium heat for about 7 min, so that the zucchini becomes soft. At the same time also season according to taste.
- add rice to the pan and mix well.
- pack everything from the pan into a well-greased baking dish and cut the feta cheese into cubes and sprinkle over.
- now put in the oven until the cheese is lightly browned (about 10 min) and then sprinkle a little oregano.
