Fried potatoes

2 - 3 | Eggs Optional |
- | Potatoes |
- | Bacon or salami Optional |
- | Salt |
- | Pepper |
- | Paprika spice |
Preparation
- Oil as many potatoes as you want to eat and then let them cool.
- Peel potatoes and cut into slices.
- Optional: Bacon or salami cut into cubes.
- Dice onions, tomatoes and garlic.
- Fry everything in the pan and season.
- Optional: Add eggs to the pan and fry, so you get a fried potato / scrambled egg hybrid.
