Ciabatta with pork tenderloin

Preparation
- season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper, sear.
- cut fillet into 2-3 cm pieces and sear again individually.
- preheat oven to 180ยฐ top / bottom heat.
- halve bread horizontally, and briefly fry the inside in the pan.
- top bread with all ingredients and put in the oven for about 5-10 min.
