Chilli Con Carne

500 g | Minced meat Optional |
- | Salt |

- | Chili spice |
- | Tomato paste |
- | Tabasco Optional |
- | Rice Optional |
1-2 | Chili peppers Optional |
Preparation
- Onion and bell pepper Optional dice.
- Optional Cut chili peppers in half and remove seeds. Cut into thin strips.
- Optional Fry minced meat.
- Onions, peppers Optional and chili peppers Optional in a pot sweat.
- Add tomatoes, kidney beans (drained), chili beans (with liquid) and corn (drained) to the pot.
- Bring to the desired consistency with tomato paste, season and cook for about 10-20 min on medium heat (do not forget to stir).
- Optionally Cook rice.
- Serve.
