Preparation

  1. heat 122 g milk and 177 g water to 35 Cยฐ. Take the pot off the plate and stir now 1 pkg yeast and 60 g sugar into the liquid.
  2. now add one egg and one egg yolk and slowly stir the 3 tablespoons of melted butter into the milk mixture.
  3. mix in a bowl 525 g flour, 6 g salt and the milk mixture into a kneaded dough ball.
  4. let the dough rest for about 2h.
  5. now roll out the dough until it is 5 mm thick and now cut it into 5cm squares.
  6. heat the oil for frying and fry each side of the square for about 2 min, so that the sides turn golden brown.
  7. Drain each square and sprinkle with sugar.
