| 120 g | Sugar |
| 16 g | Vanilla sugar |
| 300 g | Butter |

| - | Cocoa powder optional |
Preparation
- preheat oven to 160 C° circulating air
- mix flour, baking powder, Optional cocoa powder, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
- add egg and butter and also mix well.
- knead the dough, roll out and cut out.
- bake the cookies in the oven for about 10 minutes and let cool.
- decorate.
