Hungarian cookies
Ingredients (approx. 30-40 pieces)

250 g | Flour |
3 | Egg yolks |
120 g | Sour cream |
1 pinch | Salt |
2 tablespoons | Milk |
100 g | Soft butter |

- | Powdered sugar |
Preparation
- 250 g flour, 1 pinch of salt and 100 g softened butter to a crumbly mass.
- Add 2 egg yolks and 120 g sour cream and knead.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put in the fridge for 24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 200 Cยฐ.
- roll out dough on floured work surface about 0.5 cm thick and cut out circles about 5 cm.
- Place 1/2 tsp jam in the center of each circle, then fold the circles together and press the edges.
- brush the cookies with a mixture of 1 egg yolk and 2 tablespoons milk.
- bake in the oven for approx. 10 - 12 min.
- let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
