Coconut macaroons

Ingredients (approx. 40 pieces)

4egg whites
150 gSugar
200 gCoconut flakes
1Vanilla sugar
1 pinchCinnamon

Preparation

  1. beat the egg whites until stiff.
  2. preheat oven to 170 CĀ° top / bottom heat or 150 CĀ° convection oven.
  3. Stir in the cinnamon, sugar and vanilla sugar.
  4. Mix in the coconut flakes.
  5. with the help of 2 teaspoons, make small mounds on the baking paper.
  6. place tray in the oven for approx. 10 - 12 min.
  7. let cool completely.
