Coconut macaroons

200 g | Coconut flakes |
1 | Vanilla sugar |
1 pinch | Cinnamon |
Preparation
- beat the egg whites until stiff.
- preheat oven to 170 CĀ° top / bottom heat or 150 CĀ° convection oven.
- Stir in the cinnamon, sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Mix in the coconut flakes.
- with the help of 2 teaspoons, make small mounds on the baking paper.
- place tray in the oven for approx. 10 - 12 min.
- let cool completely.
