Preparation of the crumble
- 300 g flour, 150 g sugar and 1 pkg. vanilla sugar mix and then add the 150 - 180 g butter. Knead until a slightly crumbly crumble dough is formed.
Preparation of the dough
- 250 g of butter with the 250 g of sugar beat until creamy.
- Now gradually add the 5 eggs and stir.
- mix the 500 g flour with the sachet of baking powder and then slowly add to the dough alternately with the 100 ml milk.
- now pour the dough onto a greased baking tray and spread evenly.
- Spread the topping (optional) and then the sprinkles on top.
- put the tray in the oven at 180 - 200 CĀ° top / bottom heat or 170 CĀ° convection oven.
